  • To consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety

  • To ensure safe handling and use of equipment

  • To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees

  • To maintain safe and healthy working conditions

  • To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals

  • The overall and final responsibility for health and safety is that of The Managing Partner

  • The day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is put into practice is delegated to the Associates.

 

 It is the Policy of that all our services are carried out in a consistently high quality to our clients and to establish objectives and processes necessary to deliver services in accordance with client requirement. The aim of our quality Policy is to ensure that:

  • We enhance client satisfaction by consistently providing a quality of services that meets  or exceeds client expectations

  • We deliver a quality service to maintain excellent client relations

  • Have a commitment to continual improvement

  • All service is carried out consistently to a defined standard

  • Our staff are fully trained and involved in quality improvement

  • To conform to contractual and regulatory requirements

  • The Quality Management System will be regularly monitored and reviewed to continuously improve its effectiveness.
